On Friday, Feb 23rd, the WVA responded to WEC concerning the HAVA complaint we had filed in early January. To refresh your memory, this complaint deals with U of W Parkside being involved in unlawful voter registration and GOTV activities on campus. That complaint filing can be viewed here. HAVA (Help America Vote Act) complaint against the U of W Parkside.
Following receipt of our complaint, WEC hired outside counsel to respond and we received a response to our complaint in early Feb. See Parkside response here. In a nutshell they claim to have not received any HAVA money, therefore our complaint was not valid. However in looking at their attachments, it does seem they have received HAVA funding. WEC gave us until Feb 24th to respond and we did.
This was our response submitted on Feb 23. Ron Heuer Declaration with attachments. This is a 294 page document that demanded a tremendous amount of coordination, collaboration and work to put together. Special thanks to Erick Kaardal our attorney, and to Heather Honey of Haystack Investigations who has done tremendous work in PA on election integrity issues. Heather had completed countless hours on the on campus voting subject and contributed to our response including putting together the information flow chart on page 6 of our response.
THIS IS A HUGE CASE, LET ME TELL YOU WHY
Important: Read the first 17 pages of my declaration, it spells out in detail how thousands of Universities across the U.S. are complicit with a group of left leaning 501C3 organizations that control the voting activities on our campuses, Parkside being just one of them.
Virtually every college and university In Wisconsin is locked in to the Civic Nation’s ALL IN project whereby Civic Nation, through it’s “ALL IN” initiative has embedded themselves in the fabric of each of these institutions and in doing so, lead and control the voter registration process, the GOTV processes and related activities. All while collecting confidential data on each student voter and utilizing tax dollar paid staff and facilities. Then, they distribute that confidential student data to other left-leaning 501C3 organizations!. Oh, and BTW, they will not provide access to that data to any right leaning entity.
And, Civic Nation is a left-wing outfit run by former Obama administration officials. Civic Nation raises millions of dollars—and working with the Department of Education and other non-profits has successfully recruited over 1,000 colleges and universities to implement university-student-only voter registration drives and get-out-the-vote campaigns. These colleges and universities are doing the Democrat’s work by using government and non-profit resources to win elections.
They are totally successful in this endeavor. Exhibit F in our response has an embedded spreadsheet that shows the results of the 2022 election by college campus. For convenience and ease of reading I have attached a spreadsheet titled “University Voting Results 2022” to this email. The information contained in this spreadsheet came from WEC’s reports and information directly from election clerks in those municipalities listed. Look at the voting in Madison, the wards represented are wards where many of the students live, 125% of the registered voters voted. This is attributed to same day voter registration. Also, look at the results 85.5% of those voting voted Democrat. WVA is not, in any way, attempting to restrict voting. It is not government entities’ place to be running voting registration and GOTV activities. That is the job of the political parties and candidates.
And the story gets worse! Each year about 160,000 new students join the University of Wisconsin as freshman across the system. Eighty percent of those students turn out and vote and nearly 70% of those voting or 90,000, vote Democrat. This is unbelievable, and it has been going on for years now. Standby, let’s see what WEC does with this complaint, will they punt, or will they engage?
You can get a sense of how much legal resource is required to pursue this sort of illegal election activity. WVA relies solely on people like you to fund our legal efforts. We look forward to your continued support.
